Referring cases for appellate review
To best review a recent administrative denial for appeal in federal district court, I need the following information:
(1) The complete administrative record
(2) The Appeals Council denial notice
(3) The ALJ hearing decision
(4) If available: Information on any outstanding debt the claimant has accrued (i.e. unpaid child support, tax debt, etc.).
The above information can be sent via DropBox to my email address (andrea@banksdisabilitylaw.com). To ensure timely review of all referrals, please send a separate email notifying me that you sent a referral for review.

Case consultations
I am a big believer in the idea that collaboration and working together benefits all. I welcome the opportunity to discuss complex cases with referring attorneys or collaborate on strategy with other attorneys handling federal court appeals.
Don't hesitate to contact me via email or phone if you believe a consultation could help advance your case.
